no when you make up your mind to have a child you should be responsible for that child . and another thing why should people who arent resposible have children anyway. its the child who suffers the most . think about it too many children end up in seriuose trouble growning up with irresponsible parents!

no. they shouldnt be able to have children who they cant pay for on their own. that just shows the parents' lack of responsibility. even if the state pays for stuff, the child isnt gonna have that great of a life. kinda reminds me of when i went to mexico a few years back. there were homeless mothers who had their children go out selling candy. and i just felt so bad for the children cuz of their irresponsible mothers.

The reason people are poor is because they make stupid decisions like having kids they can't afford to support. They also squander every other opportunity they have to be productive Americans. But yes, the rest of us will support their kids to try and give the kids the opportunity to be productive citizens unlike their stupid parents.

I don't think it is fair to the child, But accidents happen i know. I always feel sad for the poor kids in school, they cant help the situation they are in. other kids tease them. Its not fair for them to have to be put in that position....
