Well, Here's my Idea. Since 1947 every political leader in India is a downright corrupt. Frequently their corruptions are unearthed, the newspapers shout a little, a commision of another bunch of thugs is set up to enquire in to the matter, it spends plenty of public money and takes ages to declare that the political leader was innocent. The people forgets the matter. The leader thrives as usual. You don't know whether there was ever any corruption charges against Nehru. Future generations will never know about Rajib Gandhis Bofors case. But they could never erase only one evidence of their corruptions; the milions of starving faces in India.
50 years are too long time to accomplish small tasks like providing electricity, drinking water, education, minimum essential food to villages. No body can deny that. Could we make an website to keep memoirs of the corruption charges against them so that they may not become great men so easily? The content will be developed by public contribution. Surely it requires lots of planning, atleast one good content writer with very good command over english and lots of labour. Finally I myself is a J2ee expert with long experience. So technical expertise will not be a constraint. All we need hard working people to develop authentic content . Forget the chances that the site will ever make any money but it will probably draw a lot of attraction.

In all seriousness, if you don't have a topic or goal in mind, you don't have a website. My suggestion would be to spend some time writing PHP and javascript functions, build up a personal library of useful stuff, and then once you actually have something you want to do, the bulk of your programming will already be done.

Maybe you should make a site on ideas for making a site. There actualy aren't too many of those.
