I think you're better off with the V3i.. the V3's camera is not too good and it's memory is only 5mb..The V3i's memory is expandable and the cam is a 1.3 megapixel. =) it's a great deal!

What you should get depends on what you need - what are you looking for in a phone? What's important for you? Does it need to be able to work internationally? Are you looking for a flip-phone or not? Do you want iTunes or is that not important to you? What will you be using the phone for?
Also, are you already with a carrier? If you are, find out what kind of deal they might offer you for a renewed contract. If not, make sure you shop around. Also make sure the phone you want is available with that carrier - not all carriers carry/support all makes (and yes, you can unlock phones, but that can lead to issues which the carrier will likely refuse to support, as it's not one of their phones and they therefore don't have the necessary info handy). Check coverage maps, and make sure you consider where you'll be using that phone - in your home town? In many different locations? Within the country or internationally? Do you live in a canyon, in a mountainous region, or around any other possible sources of interference?
Finally, don't pick 'razr' just because it sounds cool and got all the hype - there are LOTS of nice phones out there in that price range - you could possibly find something that suits you for cheaper, too. And once you're in a contract, you'll usually have to pay full price if you end up switching phones, and may have to pay a small fee to switch, as well.

well according to me you should buy any nokia phone because of it's battery life & good features
but as you wanna buy a motorazr then you should definately buy v3i

V3i it has much better featuresBut honestly i wouldn't suggest a razr cuz it has a poor battery life and it's damn fragile
