As it is winter, curling up with a book is my favourite way to spend an afternoon.
In summer we have bbq's with friends and watch the cricket. (gotta get the Ashes back.....lol)

I have so many enjoyable pastimes and now that I am retired and disabled, I have a lot of time to pursue my interests. I am no longer able to fish (I have been an avid fisherman) but I love to read, crochet, watch docudramas, pamper my Pomeranian, Siamese cat and Tortoiseshell cat and talk to my birds. I have time to enjoy my many grandchildren, keep in touch by letters and e-mails with friends I've made over the years, and spend time with my daughter and son-in-law and their family. I am writing a book; I quilt, bake, eat out (Chinese...YUM!) with friends, and listen to good music. A favorite pastime? Well, I shared a few of them with you.

Ahhh.. I had knee surgery and can't walk, so now I am stuck on the couch, playing on yahoo answers all day, reading magazines, and watching tv.
When I'm mobile, i like to spend time with my friends watching movies, playing cards, or just talking. alchohol optional! in the summer i float the river in a tube, it is so fun! in the winter i don't really do anything special, but one of the cities here in Idaho has a great winter carnival.

I LOVE to dance! I'm always blasting music out of my stereo and dancing. When I'm not dancing, I go biking.
