my buddy who i sighned his bond which i dont care has a daughter and his parents are old if he goes now he'll miss the funerals and his daughter growing up either do it now or do it later and probably get 2 more years added on if he does it later...he says his options are suicide , run and do it later, or do it now

Kill my self. Sorry ! But that is what I would do. But for you or him do the time now. If you can take it at least you will have some life left when the time is over. You do the crime you should be willing to do the time.

Leave the country. Preferably somewhere without an extradition treaty with th US (Phillipines), or somewhere he can blend in fairly easily. Either way he is gonna miss out in his daughter and parents funerals, and everything else in life. Might as well live the rest of it on his terms. Just drop of the face of the planet.
