That's a great question.

I first saw it and thought that it was a guy's name, but I can easily see it as a womans' name as well.

It's very close to Kristen or Kristine or even Christian.

If I can only choose one, I'll go guy.

Christen is a girl name. Christian is usually boy.

My name is Kristen, I am a girl, but I was named after a Grandfather. It was just a boy's name, now it is unisex :)

I think it can be used for a girl or a boy. But it does sound better for a boy. :-)
