If you see a guy you like just go up and talk to him. Well look for signs that he likes you back first, like if he's looking at you and smiling, etc. Then just go up and talk. He's probably just as shy about talking to a girl so don't worry. What's the worst that can happen, will he tell you to bug off? No guy will do that, trust me.

Say hi to a new guy everyday.
If that isn't enough, after a while, ask a few out on a date.
You'll have to force yourself at first but it will become easier with time.

believe in your heart you are just as good as anyone else and pro ably better than most. the same thing as getting in front of a class, remember how silly all the others looked. bottom line if someone isn't interested it's their lose
