This is a terrific question and request!
Okay here's a true life story: My friend Shannon is one of the sweetest girls you'll ever meet. She's funny, pretty and is always optimistic and full of life! I noticed she had what looked like a pimple on her nose for a long time. (no one made a big deal about it even when she would wear a band-aid to try and cover it) Finally she found out that it was actually a rare cancer! She ended up having 5+ surgeries to remove it, the doctors had to go deep into the bone of her skull to remove it all. In the end her nose was completely gone! She still has to have more reconstructive surgery and she'll have to have a prosthetic nose for the rest of her life! (I never even knew such things existed before this happened to her!)
But...She was so loved, by so many different people and friends, who all felt so sad, and all wanted to help her in some way, that they collected a "make shannon happy fund". With that money they were able to buy her a beautiful shinning, baby- blue "Vespa" motor scooter. (they found out that she always wanted one but never could afford it)
When she was well enough to leave the hospital they had a surprise party for her and gave her the "Vespa". She was so happy, surprised and grateful, and her smile was so big on that bandaged face, that everyone of the more than 75 people there began to cry with love and joy. It was an unforgetable moment for anyone who was there! Waaay more emotional than any movie you ever saw!
The medical facts of this story are unique and intersting.
And this is absolutly a true story, I was there.

This is ABSOLUTELY a true story. My mother was in Italy way back in 1982. It was about 1 a.m. and she was writing a letter to my father on the bed. Beside her was my cousin who was sleeping. Out of nowhere the figure a a tall, blond man in military uniform appeared. He looked like a German soldier from World War 2. My mother said he appeared in the corner of the room and slowly started walking towards her. She froze in fear and tensed her whole body to the point of feeling pain. When she did this, the eerie figure started to walk back towards the corner of the room until he disappeared into the curtains, which ruffled, as if a strong wind had entered the room. The next day, A lady who lived across the street came to my mother and asked if she had any "unusual" visitors the night before. She said to my mom that she and her husband had spoken to a blonde man who appeared to them in the middle of the night. She went on to say that this blond man was speaking to them in a foreign language, so she told him to "go across the street where an American lady lives, maybe she can understand you"

one day,a guy left his home,jumped on his bycicle,and drove off to work..,..after a while,he drives at the sideroad of the river,as he every day does,and all of a sudden,he sees a chicken in the water drowning..,..while taking off his jacket,he jumps off the bycicle,jumps into the water,and saves the chicken...,put the poor animal on the side,and continues his way to work.
