I was walking with my friend Jenna, and this boy who was like a high school age guy walked by us, grabbed my boob and Jenna's butt, and then ran out of the mall exit. We were embarrassed and in shock. I felt weird after like I should have something, but what? By the time security would have gotten there, the guy was long gone.

I am assuming by your question that you don't know who this boy is? However if you do or can find out who he is, then I would report the sitution as harrasment. This way if it ever happens again you will have note of this. The mall video will show this on tape and I bet your parents will be able to get them to view the tape. Sorry this happened to you. Since he caught you off guard, there's not a lot you probably could have done - but two lessons: one - what if he had been a purse snatcher - you must always stay alert 2. be alert enough that if someone ever does it again you can slap them silly and yell at the same time.
Drawing attention will get you an adult which will aid in keeping away in further advancement or harm a person may be intending. It's not to scare you by what I say - it's just to warn you - society is full of ills and you have to be on alert! Don't take your safety for granted!

Maybe learn some form of self-defence or if you can (easier said than done, I know) find a way to guard yourself from future incidents like these because there will always be gropers from every age group.
If any boy tries that again, take him aside, throttle him (just a bit) to show you are not some touch toy and see if you can understand why he did it. Some boys do it because they are actually naughty while others might be forced to do it because they were bullied or dared into it. Both ways, you might be doing him and other girls in his vicinity a huge favor.

a lesson learned, remember the attacker i.e. height description clothing maybe-and report the situation promptly, that will in turn possibly help in the prevention of the perv attempting this-or worse with someone else. As long as you have the gift of voice- Yell get the public's attention, and give him un-wanted attention. so that you will have a possible corroborating witnesses as well. It was a boob and a butt today but who knows how far he will continue if he is met with little or no restraint.
