do people care if other people write with bad grammer,atleast they are trying , don't you think ?

They're not trying. It's not difficult to write with proper grammar. Hell, you don't even have to be 100% spot-on, but are capitalized letters at the beginning of sentences and periods at the end too much to ask?

Bad grammar usually reflects a poor education and leads the reader to believe the writer is not very smart.
