I have looked at some sites for information but there is nothing for the clicking.

All of them Say that posture is the main cause of back problems and though you have no pain now, you may get it in years to come. So work on your posture and it will help.

I found some info and I have listed some of the sites I visited.

Info;

There are 24 jointed bones (vertebrae) in your back. Facet joints connect each vertebra and wrap around and protect your spinal cord. Discs cushion the vertebrae. The entire Lumbar (lower back) structure is further enmeshed tightly in ligaments and supported by muscles. Back Pain can result when any one of these components is injured, STRAINED or degenerates due to disease or age. If you suffer back pain, you are not alone. Nearly 8 of every 10 adults between ages 20 and 45 have suffered from some form of back pain.

So Lumbar Spine is your Lower Back and Cervical Spine is your Neck and Shoulder area.

Sorry that the info is limited but it is a start to understanding your back act now to avoid hurting yourself.

Remember tums in and chests out!

Hope I helped, it was interesting!

well i know a few and i practise them my self but you can practise them at your own risk specially the neck area just tilt you head to on side and use your hand to force the head that bit further if your neck really needs it, it will click. for shoulders you can lie facing the flat surface and have someone else press your shoulders for you make sure they do not press near the spin though as that is dangerous just right on the shoulder blades area and make sure that your shoulder blades are not pointy they should be flat one quick heavy press should click it right away.
for lower back lie flat on your back and turn your waist side ways as if you are going to turn your whole body and as with the head use your hand to force your waist the that bit further. hope you understood all that and that it works for you. you have to be double jointed for the rest hehe.........

I must keep in touch with this question. I suffer from the same problem, same (excuse the pun) neck of the woods. I'm sure someone must know how to relieve it.
