No he won't. Not if they stick to comics.
In fact if they really stick to them...Spiderman should meet Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) from X-Men and they should date.

Can't imagine why...I assume you've heard the rumor that Tobey Maguire might not want to do another one, though. I can't see them totally killing off the character, though...face it, it's too lucrative a franchise...and the two so far were among the best superhero adaptations ever...maybe (and I don't know enough about the script so far) they could do a true venom/carnage story next, in which case they could probably come up with an explanation for a new actor...
