Jesus man! Don't be inciting divisiveness like that. It's just different ways of looking at the same problem. Like the question of (for example) the poor, Liberals think that the poor need assistance and government help to get back on their feet. They're in favor of more government and more government programs to help them. Republicans tend to believe that by making the country more prosperous economically by allowing business and monetary freedom, the poor will be absorbed into a more robust economy with more jobs and opportunity. Who is right? It's a matter of debate. However the motives behind each are pure, it's the idea of helping one another simply takes a different form. For this country to be continually divided by people that despise the other half, which simply believes in a different means to the same end is really sad, because at the end of the day we're still all Americans.

Oh shut up idiot. I can see you have as little brains as you do free-thinking. Liberals do NOT HATE THEIR COUNTRY!! They can dislike some policies, they can dislike their leaders decisions, and they can have the brains and common sense to stand up and question what they are given and told unlike morons like you who just stand and accept it. In case you haven't noticed, not everything your precious America has done in the past has been fantastic.
And two, China and England are not sh!tholes. In fact, if there wasn't an England there wouldn't even be an America, so shut up, you stupid right-wing lunatic and grow some brains.

Actually, what they tend to oppose is people trashing the constitutional principles this country was founded upon.
In the Preamble to the Constitution, there are five goals (values) of the US government: "establish Justice, to ensure domestic Tranquility, to provide for the common Defense, to promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty"
Conservatives think the most important are "to ensure domestic Tranquility" (meaning to promote conformity with 'traditional' ways) and to "provide for the Common Defense".
Liberals think it's more important to "promote the general Welfare, and ensure the blessings of Liberty".
It's a shame that people get called anti-American simply for trying to uphold the constitutional principles this country was founded upon.
As far as supporting leaders, trust needs to be earned. When elected officials lie and break the law, there is little reason to trust or support them. And those who cherish this country shouldn't be making excuses for criminal behavior.

Why do you think liberals hate America?
That's like saying republicans hate everyone. Just because a few do, doesn't mean they all do.
I have never met a liberal American that actually hated America. They, just like some republicans, may hate some of the policies surrounding America, but they love the country.

Lets see if you sorry @ss Republican/Conservatives feel that way, when the Libs take over the Government this November and in 2008.
Will you support your leaders then?
It is our right to agree or disagree with Government etc. That is what makes us Americans!
Typical Conservative BULL S__T!
If you disagree with anything they stand for, you are called Anti-American.

I always thought of conservatives as the ones being chikenshit traitors, I love my country but I have to deal with fascist trash like yourself. The way I see it, we killed fascist trash like you in WWII and we are killing them now in places like Iraq and Afghanistan so it really does'nt make much difference if we have to splatter the brains of some fascist scum like yourself in the homeland, it's just continuing the job. So next time you want to spread you anti American fascist garbage, you better go hide behind some kevlar, because yur gonna have some lead comin yer way traitor. You could always move to Saudi Arabia or Iran, they like people like you, if we're lucky, maybe a real American in an F- 16 will wipe you off the face of the planet you piece of trash fascist traitor.

Sad, isn't it?
Yes, libs hate the U.S. It's too bad that the Democratic party allowed them in.
If the Democratic party wants to save itself, it needs to get rid of the looney lefties, the socialists, the radical environmentalists, and the other anti-American subgroups, and send them back into their third party hell.
Only then will the Democratic party become the great, loyal and patriotic party of JFK, Truman, and FDR.

They hate themselves so they hate the fact that they live in America. They won't move so they try to change America into something else.

*sigh*
Criticism of the government (one of the rights we are guaranteed) does not mean hatred of the country. Au contraire, it means we love it too much to see it become something it shouldn't.
