Nooooo! Don't do it! Seriously! Its the same as Efedera and Ma Haung (sp?). That has been banned in the united states because of all the blood clots and deaths it has caused. I personally know 2 people who had blood clots in their lungs from it. Both were nurses (I work in the medical field) One of them was walking on deaths door and still has a permanent injury because of it! Don't Do It!

Join a gym like I did.. You will be AMAZED at the results! Take the baby for walks in his stroller, Roller Blade with him in the stroller. Don't use diet aids. They are all dangerous!

Yeah when you find out let me know. I've been getting emails about it all week. I just delete them. If you really want to lose the weight, try excercising! It works to tighten the tummy muscles better than any drug. Better for you in the long run too.
