Looks - there are just some things about the eyes that defy explanation. A warm smile helps a lot too.
Personality - warm, cheerful, sweet, down to earth. Well, just difficult to define, sometimes you just hit it off and sometimes you don't. And guys generally don't agree when discussing who's the sweetest girl around or who has the warm personality. (But we do tend to agree who has the hottest looks.)
I wish I could go for the hottest looking ones, but with so many guys putting them on the pedestal, they seldom get the chance to develop the personality I prefer, plus I get to compete with a lot of guys.

Like women, every man has his own definition of beauty. For me, without a doubt, a woman who carries herself confidently with a touch of femininity is a big turn on. Her personality and her heart will reflect how she carries herself. Looks are important for the "first impression", but I have found women that others don't find particularly beautiful to be very attractive, all because of her other non-physical features.
By the way, anyone who says the following kind of answers: big breasts, big ***, etc....they are boys replying. Not real, genuine men who have passed the puberty stage.

i think it's all of the above.. a woman can be beautiful in many different ways, but many only seem to see the out side, her body or the size of her boobs, but actually it's all in the way she carries herself and if she has a good heart and is honest and sincere and caring and then you will see the beauty on the outside as well as the inner beauty..

What makes a women beautiful? I would say her personality but a women's appearance can be a unfortunate distraction. Most of the time men are attracted 2 a pretty smile and a nice body rather than what a women's personality and that's not cool at all. Also we might not give a women a chance because she ain't fine like some chick on a rap video. Yes, we be on some bull#@%.

First of all a beautiful woman knows she is beautiful. I knew a beautiful girl that laughed and said people always told her she was so beautiful. But to me the more appealing thing about her was her carefree attitude and friendly demeanor. One time I made plans to go bike riding with her but it started raining. She suggested we go riding in the rain anyway. It was the best ride I have ever had. Beautiful girls definitely leave an impression on you as well. It is a blessing to be in the company of beautiful people. We feel better when we are around them.

Its more of an attitude, i think. If a woman has a healthy, optomistic attitude, then she will do what she can to look, act, and be beautiful. In my opinion, take it how you like, a Christian woman would have the attributes I look for, so, to me, that would be the core of a truly beautiful woman

The questions you should ask yourself is ATTRACTIVE or not attractive. Beauty is more of specific set of "rules" usually dictated by the times( i.e. fat women used to be coveted in Victorian times). These days, people like Pamela Anderson and her ilk fit what would be the beauty criteria, but since some people don't like her personality, she's not attractive to them. Attraction sums up the characteristics the observer wants.

a truly beautiful woman is one that is caring and compasionate. one that thinks of others before herself. one that loves her family, kids, parents, partner, and friends unconditionally. but also all women are beautiful in their own special ways. some just more than others.physical beauty can be found in almost everyone too, just depends on who is looking.

personality wise-self-confidence (but not stuck up), a good sense of humor, caring, down to earth
looks- beautiful eyes, nice smile, takes care of herself
being beautiful can involve many different things, it all depends on what a man looks for in a woman, everyone has their own likes and dislikes.

True beauty comes from inside. If you feel beautiful & you act kindly to others. You will be percieved as beautiful. Of course you need to be neat & well-groomed and not overly made up. Good luck.
