Only if you kill a cow and use its skin as an umbrella to shade your desktop tower from the scorching heat. Cow skin is preferred because it keeps the internet tubes in your tower about 50 percent cooler than any other material.

I live in Japan and all my electronics, I bought in the states. I'm sure that if you lived in india it would work. I would see what kind of internet connection that they have and what kind of electricity they have there. You may need to buy a connector for the end of the plug so that it will fit properly into the wall.

why you want to carry DELL Desktop here in india coz allready you can buy here new Dell Desktop here? & if you buy US & take it india than you have pay custom charges & it is very high so I prefer to say you that not buy in US, just come india & buy new Dell Desktop here.

I would think you would want to have Dell ship it for you.
