Internet works fine on my desktop (host) pc but not my laptop,

Sometimes I can get on the internet, sometimes I can't.

It could be your networking card.

it could be any of those problem that was listed but it also could be due to digging in the area just that you are wirrless does not mean that the whole system is without wires dsl runs in the earth or under streets and run along the gas lines in the ground and if it is broke you can se it on your modem shows as a red light until they find the break and fix it the light on your modem goes from red back to green

Thats happening with my PSP that I have strong internet connection but it's always appearing with a DNS Server Failure. I don't know whats up with that?

Play with your network card settings. Compare the settings of the computer that can connect wirelessly to that which can't.

ur on right now... maybe u have ip address conflicts, or ur router requires a password, u should reconfigure ur router.
