Ok, as to the people who just answerd my question, thank you very much. But can i really have a chance of getting pregnant? I've been researching online and it says a woman ovulates on the 14th day of her mestral cycle. The day we had unprotected sex was the 8th day. I know sperm can survive and all of that but i washed myself out. Also if I do decide to get the morning after pill I just used it last month and will my doctor give it to me again? I'm living on a military base over in Okinawa, Japan and they're very strict about stuff like this. I'm so worried please give me words of advice as of what to do!

Well I really dont think your doctor will have a problem giving you the pill, I too live on a Military base and I know how the doctors are. But if this is the second month in a row that you have had to go this route I dont want to sound like a mean person but you should just really try to be more responsible from here on out. I too wasn't that responsible about this kind of stuff and now I have a 6 months old son, and even though I love my son to death and wouldn't give him up for the world I just wish my Husband and I had waited a little longer to enjoy our marriage before a baby. And to answer your question even though the computer says that women ovulates every 14 days, every women is different. I happened to ovulate shortly after I had my menstral cycle. Three weeks after I had my menstral cycle I found out I was two weeks pregnant, so it is not always 14 days later. Hope this helps.
