According to the US News and World Report:
High ranked bachelor level schools:
1. Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, IN
2. Harvey Mudd College, CA
3. Cooper Union, NY

High ranked doctorate level schools
1. Massachusetts Institute of Technology
2. Stanford University, CA
3. University of California, Berkeley

MIT, Penn State, Mellon, Morgan, Cal-Tech

CalTech, M.I.T., Carnegie-Mellon, Illinois Institute of Technology, and the University of Washington all have excellent engineering programs.
