Well yes I think that he could fake it. But the girl would find out really quick unless he just puts a blanket around him and does not let her see. It is easy to tell that he fakes it though. Or for me it is. A guy just acts different after.

I believe that a man can fake the sounds and actions of an orgasim. I personally have not ever faked an orgasm. Generally speaking I believe that the word "orgasim" is for females reaching a climax and the word "ejaculation" is for males reaching a climax.
To me, if either sex fakes an orgasim or climax the person is not genuine and myself, I wouldn't like that.

I don't see why a guy couldn't do that. I don't know if he could fake an ejaculation, though. Maybe if he carried a bottle of lotion in his pants it might work, but it would have to be unscented because scented lotion would be a dead giveaway.
