Why do we hispanics like to have so many babies?

have these ppl ever heard of condems cuz it seems from the age of 15 every hispanic woman has a baby every 10 months, what i don't get is why... is there some kind of prize for the woman who has the most babies

First of all, it's a misrepresentation of 'hispanics' as some kind of mass group of people who all act and think the same way... Second, fifteen-year-olds are not all preggers...nor are they cranking babies out at this kind of rate. Third, if any generalization can be made about this group, they are religious, so any pregnancy, no matter why it happened is more likely to be brought to term...they have the baby and the family cares for it. Why does it interest you? Are you feeling marginalized by the population increase among the hispanics?

We love family. Hispanics are very close to each other and we love children and it is true some of us do have a lot of kids. But we are all from large families and we are use to having a lot of family around. We love our men our mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles and there is nothing better than sharing your life with so many people. And there was a time in the catholic church when birth control was not the priority. but times have changed and a lot of hispanic women take care of themselves and are more educated about birth control. Now that is the thing education that is what makes a difference.

Their women are told that in order to be a woman, you must have a baby, you must have a family. No one teaches them about safe sex, birth control, or STD's. That was one thing that was always brought up in my family (and for the record my whole family is Catholic or was at some point), women must have self control, they must have a job, and be an equal part of the marriage along with her husband. Women and men in my family must both have jobs and provide for the family, if that means only having one or two children, so be it. My grandmother and my mother only had two children, and my aunt only had one (she tired to have one or two more, but stress caused her to lose both, let this be a lesson for women who are under a lot of stress and want to get pregnant, see a therapist and a doctor first). This is a cultural and racial problem. These women have always been told to produce lots of children and they have not caught up with the times yet.

99% of hispanics are catholic, therofre being a catholic you dont use comdoms and the point is to MAKE babies and the mothers get a few dollars for every one from the church. these are words from the POPE

Also having the baby in USA allows them ( the baby ) to become a citzen and the mother and father now can live in usa .
