I used the finishing touch one time on my facial hair and it came back thick. I have also tried nair and sally hansend facial hair removal but when it grows back it comes out thick. Its embarrasing does anyone know of another solution or way to remove it so it wont come back thick? If i try waxing how many times do you have to try it so it will begin to come out thinner?

Usually after a few times of waxing it, it will start to get thinner, but with waxing you won't have to worry about it coming back thick. You can also try the lazer thing. ^ ^and about his answer-shaving it makes the end of the hair blunt, so instead of tapering off at the end, it just stops.

There are some places on my face that I would like to remove hair, however am not willing to experiment with it as the grow backs arent pretty. The only thing I am willing to do and recomend is to purchase a root remover. Its like a patch that you lay over the are of hair you wish to remove and it will remove it permanently with lazer, no fuss. I have heard of this product, thatt you could order with a credit card, that was quit awhile ago however dont know were to purchase it. Try asking some chemist. Good luck!

Simply wax. It makes hairs come in much more thing. Or for a more permanent procedure go for electrolysis. It totally stops hair growth after about 4 sessions.

Something that pulls by the root like electronic epilators or waxing followed by Jergen's Naturally Smooth lotion.

Or you can try laser hair removal or electrolysis, but they are expensive

Contrary to the popular myth, shaving hair does not make it grow back thicker. There's nothing you can do unless you want to laser the hair follicles to make them stop growing back together. Now I do admit that it may seem thicker, but it just seems that way because it's prickly when it first starts to grow.
