My best friend is away across the planet and i havent seen her since the end of june..im used to talking to her everyday! and now we can barely talk..she comes bak august 12th..and i wanna do something special when she gets back..any suggestions? thanks!

Whoa! Unbelievable! I have the same situation my sister and I are really close, but she went oceans away at the end of may. I miss her like crazy and shes coming back august 22nd. We are a really big family so I cant even talk to her on the phone comfortably, and when we do talk its like 12 at night, whats more she doesnt have a computer! ARGH! anyways take your friend out shopping (I wouldnt cuz I hate shopping but you might think its fun.) movies or whatever or go to a cool restaurant just for the heck of it. You know do YOu stuff buy her a present maybe? You know her best after all you should know. My sister and I are keeping journals of the 3 months shes gone and when she comes back Im giving her my journal and shell give me hers, so thats our style but you know you can do things you guys will have fun with! ^_^ hope this helped, best of Luck!

You should do what she liked doing best with you. Or what she really loves to do. Like if she loves to ice skate, then go with her and maybe a group of friends to have a nice time skating. Or if she'd rather hang out with you and have a good time together, then maybe you two can have a movie night, or sleepover, or anything that you two did in the past to make the good times come to life again.

Heck if she has been gone that long, a party might be out for a few days try just quality time catching up its hard to talk at a party ne ways

Make her home coming as cosy as possible let her get rid of jet lag let her rest for a while,then ask her about experience of other part of the earth then have party in a great style which she likes the most.

I would have to suggest that you take her to Starbucks so you can sit down and chat over a nice cup of latte. Then go grab something to eat and a nice restaurant. It sounds kind of boring but this will allow you time to sit down and catch up on old times.

hey i went through the same thing! omg. how bout you take her out shopping and to a movie and then have a big girly night where your can talk bout all the stuff your guys havent talked bout over the last few months. it would be great for u guys to catch up and talk about your lives and stuf. hav fun! :)

Giving her plenty of your time when she gets back is the best thing to give her something special. Decide what to do together when she gets back. Being together again will be special.
