other things:
We had unprotected sex a week after my period started, mean i wouldn't be ovulating right? And also he pulled out before he ejaculated. I know there is still premature ejaculation but the sperm count is low.

I won't even get into the pre-ejaculate (not premature ejaculation, that's a completely different problem) debate, but more recent studies have shown that the sperm in pre-ejaculate is non-viable. But some men can and do ejaculate a little without orgasm, so they don't even know it. Some men can orgasm without ejaculation too, but that's a different matter.

Check your pill's instructions. If you don't have the insert anymore but you have the brand name, you can check online. Some pills need one month before they're effective, but most these days only require a full seven days before it's effective. Usually if it's been a week or more then it's fine.

And yes, you can get pregnant a week after your period starts. Unless you are tracking your ovulation, you have not an idea when you're ovulating, thus not knowing if you've ovulated early or late in your current cycle.

Yes, you can get pregnant. You are supposed to wait 30 days before having unprotected sex. Btw, pulling out is the dumbest form of birth control in the THE WORLD. There is always pre-ejaculate before the main event, and and there is always sperm in the pre-ejaculate. If he cannot wear a rubber for the next three weeks, you may need to find a new boyfriend, since the one you have is not interested in keeping you out of trouble.
For Christ's sake, please be a little more careful.

Of course you can. Even when you have been on the pill for a really long time you can become pregnant. The only way you can avoid getting pregnant is by not having sex period. Getting pregnant isn't the only thing you should worry about when you have unpretected sex, you can also get an STD.

yes, it takes a while for the pill to take effect jsut like it takes a while for it to get out of your system. The only 100% effective means of preventing pregnancy is abstinence. But the next time best thing is using a condom. Don't let him pressure you into having unprotected sex: think about it, if you get pregnant is he going to stick around? Ask yourself that everytime? :)

You could. Doctors usually say wait at least 2 weeks for the pill to completely take effect. Some say a month.

Yes you could get pregnant, don't you know you're suppossed to wait a month for the pill to kick in? And pulling out doesn't work, it has a 25% failure rate. Well good luck and hopefully you DON'T have to start picking out baby names. Now you know.

"the sperm count is low."???!@#$%^&* Do you mean instead of in the MILLONS, it's only in the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS? You sound a little young, and your boyfriend sounds a little TOO IMPATIENT!!! Instead of playing with fire, why don't the two of you read the pamphlet that comes with the pills TOGETHER. Trust me, waiting another week or two will be WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!
