Believe it or not, Vick's vapor rub. Put it on before going to bed at night. If you do have a serious case you do need to go to the doctor. It will not go away by itself. It will more than likely spread and in some cases cause you to lose the entire nail. Nothing to be ashamed of by no means. Try to keep your feet dry (workboots are to blame many times). Use a medicated powder as well.

The honey and sugar scrub will help get rid of the flaky skin. Then use organic coconut oil (put in a small (preferably glass)container you can keep with you) every 30 minutes or so till less dry. Then as needed. You can add a drop or two of Young Living lavender essential oil to the cc oil--I don't trust any other EO. Drink lots of water, and DON'T lick your lips.

Go to the doctor! Your toe will rot and stink until you are taking that prescription medicine that kills it from inside by changing the chemicals in your blood.
Your doctor won't be ashamed of you for needing this. Go see him. Now.

I think you have to go to a doctor on this one....I took medication for about a year to clear it up..yes it takes that long...i had tried every other way...don't be ashamed to go to a doctor..I'm sure he/she has seen it all before...do yourself a favour ..get rid of it before it becomes painful.

Soak your feet in bleach...warm water with bleach in it...try some epsom salt too...and you can go buy some anti-fungal cream from wal-mart...or any place like that...and apply that to them.

Tea tree oil tincture can bew helpful. Don't be embarassed, we see it all the time, no big deal!
