Hands down, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Relax. Don't You Forget About Me from Simple Minds might be a close second, and some may say it's not a one hit wonder, since they've had a couple of less successful singles. Incidentally, A common thread is that many of you are naming Trevor Horn songs (Buggles, Simple Minds, Frankie, Pet Shop Boys, Art of Noise, etc).

I love one hit wonders! That's all I have on my MP3 players.
I would have to say that it is a tossup between Tubthumping by Chumbawumba or Jungle Boy by Baltimora.
Some other great ones that come to mind are Whip it by Devo, Tainted Love by Soft Cell, Mexican Radio by Wall of Voodoo, Kung Fu Fighting by Carl Douglas.
Ahhhh...now I am reminiscing..

Just because it was so damn cheesy..
"Afternoon Delight" by the Starland Vocal Band
with these fine, sensitive, deep, heartfelt lyrics:
"Rubbin' sticks and stones together
Makes the sparks ignite
And the thought of rubbin' you is gettin' so exciting
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon Delight"
