I hate to be the one to tell you this, but unless the waiting period has been waived due to military active duty, you must wait 72 hours.
I am not sure if it's required, but my cousin lives in dallas and she had to go to couples therapy first.

Go to the courthouse.. You must both be present. You answer a whole lotta questions. Then they usually will make you wait three days but you can get a waiver, we did for the military anyways. But then you take the papers to the JP and get married. He signs the bottom of the marriage license, and that's it! You're married. Then you need to head over to the Social Security Admin. office to change your name!

well, first find the address of local court, go to the local county court along with the person you are going to get marry, ask the info clerk that you have to get civil ceremony, they will arrange it for every thing later they will mail you the marriage license to your address.

I'm not sure how it works in TX but in NY you have to get your marriage license then wait 24hrs before you can wed.

go to a court house and tell them that you want to be married by a judge. They will charge but hopefully they'll be able to squeeze you in tomorrow. Good luck

fly to vegas. 2 hour time difference, buys u extra time. if u cant, dont know if u can hire a private pastor.
