President Roosevelt and his family
Randolph Hearst. Hearst was a major newspaper owner during the early part of the last century and his family was wealthy
Henry Ford the Founder of Ford Motor Company and his family
The Marx Brothers and their Families famous comedy team from that time period.

I believe the Rockefellers. They might have gotten big before the depression though. Very few were rich at this time. I am sure some how the whole depression was George Bush's fault, though.
