how to sey a backround for my yahoo page?

Near the top of the page, on the left -- it's just under the Search box on my screen -- you'll see a link that says, "Change Colors." Click it.

You'll be taken to a page with lots of "themes" to choose from. You can preview any of them. If you like one, you can go back to the previous page and click "Use this theme" to select it. That's it. (There may also be a way to select it without going back, but this works just fine.)
