I find spectacles to be sexy on a woman. Yes, I know that I am a man answering a question on a women's health section and it really doesn't give you the answer you are looking for.

quit reading in the dark, dont watch too much tv,dont stay on the computer for too long......etc...it dussnt get rid of your glasses but it like slows the proccess and stuff....
