Thanks for the answers I have gottern. To those that gave negative answers, like crazypj, I have a child already and that is one reason I want the baby to come on so I can fit it into my life and get this waiting over with. If you dont know me how do you know what I can handle?

Have sex. Orgasm causes contractions of the uterus. My doctor advised me to do this when I thought I could make it no longer. She also told me to take long walks to help the baby move into the birthing position.

TRY THIS!! Ask your doctor to give you a pelvic check and ask if he/she could move around the mucus plug. My doctor suggested this when I was a little over 9 months, and 3 days later my water broke. I know at this time it is frustrating for you but medically speaking the longer the baby stays and develops within you the less problems the baby will later endure.

That baby needs to be where it is,kicking inside you. Please don't try anything like Castor oil,It can cause you to go into labor it's true, but there are other side effects.Try walking, but have someone with you.Washing the floors on your hands and knees helps also and.....you get really clean floors...lol.Sex is alright as long as your doc says it's okay!Good luck hunny!I know your miserable with all this heat, but soon it will be in your arms.

The baby will come when he or she is ready... not any sooner... if your DR says the baby is fine then there is no need to shorten the time... there are certain remedies work for some and not others like spicy food or castor oil...

Talk with your OB/GYN honestly. By time I was at 37 weeks, I was so miserable that my doctor said he would schedule an induction the next week. I guess he figured the added stress on me was worse than the two week premature delivery. Good luck!
