What kind of decorations should we use for my daughters sweet sixteen for a black and white party?!?

ok its a Black and White Party! Everyone is dressed in black and white! Except my daughter and her friend *there having it together* So i am trying to figure out what kind of decorations and stuff would be good thank you!

Maybe you could wrap poster boards in black & white paper with the alternating black & white bows to look like large birthday presents hanging around the place. Also it would be cute if you decorated the walls with pictures of your daughter growing up throughout the years. Maybe ask the guests to wear black & white clothing....that would be really cute & different. Well good luck, I hope the party is a huge success!!!

maybe you can have a black and white collage of her years until now.. kind of remember back to the wonderful moments. It could be a contemporary type of black and white style. It should be an evening outdoor party. They just seem pretty to me. It depends what your daughter likes. You can have candles decoration hanged around (if it's outdoor). If it's inside, you can put around white roses or flowers as decorations. =)

Well I thought this was a really cool idea! Have the whole place with white streamers. Have Black table cloths, white cups, white napkins and stuff like that. Make sure to contrast the colors so everything stands out. What I thought was cool is if your daugther dresses in like pink or gold so she stands out the most!

You could use black and white streamers along with same colour balloons maybe .
Polka dot dresses are in maybe buy her a black and white dress to wear on her day.

Is there a "theme"? Think about creating one. i.e., i threw my daughter a Sweet 16 luau, and had leis and grass skirts for the girls, and hawaiian hats for the guys. everyone drank out of coconuts, and I did hawaiian flowers, etc.
If it's just black and white - is it formal? if so, what about black white and silver baloons covering the ceiling? or one of those balloon arches? Add silver for some sparkle!

streamers, balloons, confete, table cloths, slip covers for the chairs, ect.stuff like that. and of course should all be black and white
