Do not polish them. But I think it looks really nice when a man keeps his hands and nails well groomed. In fact, for Christmas my husband bought me a nail kit by Jil Jordan...a lady in the mall was selling them and lured him over to her and convinced him to let her Buff his nails with this 3-way buffer thing...he said it made his nails look so shiny and clean that he HAD to buy it for me....well he ended up using it just as much as me. And his nails always look so good, I love it. And my husband is the furthest thing from GAY that a man can get. Being well-groomed and caring about your appearance does not make you gay. The 3-way buffer makes it look like you are wearing a clear coat of nail polish when you really arent. You should try it. Yes absolutely I like men with clean and trimmed nails. The nails show his personality, how hygienic he is. We don't wanna hold hands with a guy having dirt under his nails.. that's just disgusting. It's like saying, do men like women with well kept nails? think about it.. So it goes with men and women.. it's about tidiness.

In August's Glamour magazine it states that 64% of women say no to men with manicures. Mainly because he would make the woman feel self conscious of her own nails. I'd say as long as you keep them trimmed and clean (no dirt under the nails...ew).

I do like men with manicured nails. I think that shows that a man takes care of himself.

Yes, it shows if he's willing to take care of this detail, he will take care of most other details in his life, too.
It's the finishing touch, clean well kept nails on a man is very nice...I likey!

Clean. Not gnawed on. You don't have to buff them or manicure them, just keep them neat and clean. Just my prefs, though. Some girls might love a man with grease under his nails.

Yes. Clean and trimmed is nice. There's nothing grosser than a guy trying to hold your hand and his nails are crusty black!

yes. women do notice. nails for men should be trimmed and clean. that's sufficient, period. it does not need to be manicured and buffed to perfection.
and certainly, no top coats on men's nails please...

Yes, as long as they aren't too long, it tells a lot about his habits and cleanliness...who wants a guy with dirty nails? makes you wonder what else on him is dirty!!
