I am 44, blessed to look 34. The most important is stay out of the sun, no smoking, and keep the stress in check. I swear on the oil of olay products. They are not as expensive as all the stuff at the department stores. Use night creme, and a day creme faithfully.

Use a uva foundation, wear sunglasses and here is the best part
Each and every day, look in the mirror and tell yourself how worthy you are, how beautiful and smile big.

Don't worry, the true beauty of a person is your heart.

Smile

If you smoke... STOP smoking. Same goes for drinking.
Eat healthy, exercise, drink plenty H2O, try to lay off the sodas, and use skin products of course.

I like using OLAY daily facials, and Aveeno Lotion. When you go out into the sun, wear a sunblock with an SPF of at least 30.

Try to stay away from greasy foods like potato chips, or anything that may make your skin break out.

And, if you can afford it... go to the spa and get facials, or massages. Try to avoid too much or too little sun, and I'd reccomend steering clear of tanning salons too.

Try eating your vegetables and fruits (instead of putting them on yourself) and drink plenty of water...it will do wonders for your skin.

Cut meats and fatty foods as much as possible and exercise regularly. Stay away from extreme heat of the sun. Whenever you go out in the sun, cover yourself appropriately and if you care about your hair, I suggest you cover your head as well.

You will be amazed how dangerous our environment actually is to our bodies (skin and hair).

Cut back on putting toxic chemicals on your skin (such as make-up and all these weird oils, lotions, and creams that cosmetic stores are full of).

Get only as much sleep as you need, not more, nor less. Sleeping too much can actually be bad for you as well.

Stay away from things like stress, depression, and anger. You must feel young inside and you MUST be happy to feel young inside to look young on the outside.

And most definitely stay away from smoking and drugs, of course!

Take care of your entire body, inside and outside, mentally and physically. It is all interconnected and if one is damaged then how can the other function optimally. Take care of your teeth. Take care of your eyes. Take care of your blood and everything in it (cholestrol levels, sugar levels, etc...). And take care of your feet.

That's it! Looks pretty easy, eh. lol!

beauty is in the eye of the beholder and you should always be the one to see your own beauty. if you don't, nobody else will. but i feel you on this question, I'm 35...i drink, and smoke..not heavily on either parts, but i still seem to have what it takes to stay attractive to the opposite sex....i guess it goes back to what i said at the beginning...if you don't see it, nobody else will

wear sun block in the summer, wear makeup, dress attractively, stay healthy, and be happy, at least deep inside. And stay ouf the sun when you can. Let yourself fall in and stay in love, too.
