hard would be better because you have more energy and muscle control.
so you can do it better
it also makes it look bigger without a gut hanging over it

If I were a girl, I would prefer hard. I myself wish that I have hard abs.

personaly.. I could care less about the body of my partner and more on how he made me feel.
Looks does not always = a good lover.

Soft... that hard, muscular stuff kinda grosses me out. It looks nice and all, but I like to have something cuddly to snuggle up to. :)
