By the "Limited or no Connectivity", you apparently have a problem with your internet connection. I don't think your computers are the problem. Anyways, if you want to check your internet connection, read the following tips.

I have some tips for you, so you can verify your internet connection.

1. Right click on 'My Computer' icon > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager and make sure the Network Adapters are enabled.

NOTE*- If No Network Adapters are installed, reboot your computer and Windows will automatically install them. (This is not your case, since you are getting low or no internet connectivity)

2. Control Panel > Network Connections and right click on your current network connection. On the 'General' tab, choose 'Internet Protocol' and click 'Properties' > Make sure the 'Obtain an IP address automatically' and 'Obtain DNS server address automatically' are chosen.

3. When Internet Explorer is open click Alt + T (or Tools tab) > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings and check 'Automatically Detect Settings' if unchecked.

4. Turn off your modem (if available) and turn it back on.

I insist your internet connection is the problem. Check your connection cables and devices. If unabled to solve the problem, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Windows loopback is not your network adapter. It's a self test thing that won't do crap for you. If you don't see your other network adapter there, right click on my computer, choose properties.

From the window that pops up, select the hardware tab. Choose the Device Manager button and look at the network adapters. Check to see that the network adapter is functioning normally there. Otherwise, keep looking for drivers.

oh dear, there is a number of problems, do you know how to go through network settings? You should have somebody who knows what the yare doing go through and configure your computer to your network/router settings...

the problem is your computer is not getting an IP address from your router/modem. This is essential to connect to any part of your network. Windows has a thing to fix this but it only works about 1/100 times... its called "repair" network connection, and it only works if everything is configured right... as I said, contact a person that knows what they are doing for further instructions.
