its because she wears braces on the inside of her teeth. other than the accent that is why.

Its not a retainer!! She got braces put on the back of her teeth- its true!! So thats why- besides the accent.

she has a retainer on the roof of her mouth....my sister has one and she talks the exact same way that my sister does.....

She just has a lisp. Listen to her dad talk. Billy has the same lisp when he talks. And I happen to like the way Destiny talks thank you. At least she's not faking a country accent..THANK GOD! I'm from the south and I hate the fakers..

i heard that something was wrong with her teeth that made her talk funny...but thats just something i heard so dont take my word for it.
