clean your face twice a day.

and use DIAL soap that will definitely dry up your face. You use WARM/hot water FIRST. and then AFTER use Cold water to CLOSE your pores.

This may sound weird. but i was never able to wash my face with soaps/bars....I can only washmy face with shampoo. Anything other than shampoo i break out. so you should trythat as well.

if you're really vain,
use pro active

and if thats expensive then just go to :

then go to bath and body works and get their kit for your face. i forgot the name but they'll know what im talking about.

Good for you, washing your face! Excellent.

Use warm, not hot water to begin washing your face. Yes, this will open your pores and you will get a better clean. When you are finished, rise face wash off with cool water. Pat your face dry, do not rub! That irritates the skin. If you really want to seal up your pores, fill your sink with water and ice, put your face in it for as long as you can stand it. (Several movie stars do this twice a day.)

By the way, you should wash your face in the morning and at night.

Okay check it out . If you truly want great skin screw
treating it from the outside.

You need to treat it from the inside. I had
some acne when i was in middle school but
now i have great skin...want to know why?
I changed my damned diet.

Youd be suprised how much food
can and does effect your skin.

1. Stop drinking soda-or at least tone it WAY down
2. No junk food
3. No food that contains preservatives, additives, dyes
4. Stay away from hydrogenated and hydrolized oils
5. Eat fat( from whole milk, red meat, and yogurt)
6. Buy organic when you can, pesticides are hard
on your body and skin.
7. Dont drink tap.
8. Get enough minerals that includes sea salt
9. Get enough sun (yes honey, its good for you
10. No artificial perfumes, hair products, cosmetics, creams
and any of the sort. this Fs up your skin. Go to a
Organic health food store

if you do this your skin will thank you, go ahead
and clean it but remember your skin is a back
up for your liver. And if you are piling all this
toxic crap into your body, you will have oil or
acne ridden skin if not now eventually.
Do it natural it does a body good.

Yes is does and you should use hot water anyway because it helps kill the bacteria that create acne.
It helps if you clean your face at night w/ Neutragena (you can use it the shower) and in the morning use a Stridex or Oxy pad to fight acne durring the day. That should keep acne down and away. Remeber there are different "levels" or strengths of Stridex and Oxy pads so if one doesnt seem to work well, go to the next level or strength.

Actually, your correct, but you should follow up with COLD WATER after the hot. This will close the pores and make your face "smoother" and seem like your pores are smaller, giving you a better complexion.

oh, and by the way, DAAAMMNN!

no. wash your face with a oil free wash (but not one specifically for acne, those suck hard) and then immediately after your shower, splash your face with cold water to close the newly clean pores.

Wash your face with a mild soap made for your face (Clinique has a great men's line) Use a toner to remove dead skin cells and any remaining traces of dirt/oil. Then use a light oil free moisturizer.

This will keep your skin clean, clear and healthy.
