That's a pretty good question! I get this as well, sometimes 2 or 3 hairs in the same follicle agghhh!

I think you have to go to a doctor and get it fried at the follicle. Do yourself a favor and quick shaving against the lay of your beard. Shave with it. Down, not up. Or you will keep getting the problem. ( I learned that watching Queer Eye)

there is a cream that you can get in the african american area of the grocerie store (usualy were the hair care products are like hair relaxers and it really works also try using trimmers they will cut close but you wont be totaly smooth but no bumps either.
