• check that the connections are correct
• check the speaker volume
• check the volume controls on your pc
• check the volume controls on the software you are using

hi,
If you lost your Sound Card driver or software CD than you need to download perticular Sound card driver from internet but for that you must know which model and sound card code you have.
For that you can read your physical Soundcard & you will get information for your soundcard company name & which code is. and than just use www.google.com & type company name & model code of your sound card. or goto www.driveguide.com, www.windriver.com & find your soundcard driver.
