Has anyone tried the Escentuals Makeup that they advertise on TV? If so, is it as great as they claim it is and have you had any adverse reactions to it?

Seriously, I was skeptical about it then thought well, I'll never know unless I try it so I did. And I have to say, it is GREAT! I have had four other people buy it after seeing the difference it made on my face and skin all together. I have been using it for about a month and my skin even looks better when I'm not wearing any. It's good stuff! Expensive but good. I have acne prone, oily/dry skin so it's hard for me to find anything that cooperates with my skin. Bare Minerals does and believe it or not, it really last a long time. Meaning you will look good all day. However, when you first start using it it will take you a little while to get used to it and it's a little messy. But, after using it day after day it's so fast and easy. trust me on this, you will like it!

i really like it alot, i have very sensitive skin and can't usually use makeup, even the ones they say are for sensitive skin give me a rash, bare escentuals is the very first one i have tried that actuall lives up to it's claims, the coverage is remarkable and it lasts well, even though i found it a little pricey, it's more then worth it for me! the product really lasts a long time too, you use so little for the actual application, i got mine of of ebay, you can find great deals on there for a starter kit! happy hunting!

I love it!!! Never will I use anything else. It is worth the money and it does last a while. It really does feel like you are wearing no make-up. My husband even complimented me on how good my make-up looked after I first started using it-and most guys WON'T compliment you on your make-up.

It truly works!!! My mom has THE WORST skin EVER. She can't wear any makeup, because when she does, she breaks out in redness...This stuff, she doesn't break out at all, and it looks amazing, and gets rid of her redness....sometimes I steal it from her! Its worth the expense, but get the right shade.

I wear it, and I have never had an issue with it. No break-outs, no allergies, nothing. I even have an issue with "hyper-pigmentation" (darker areas on my skin) and it covers them beautifully. I look all natural, not all made up. That to me is worth it's weight in gold.

I am glad to see this topic because I have been wondering the same thing. I wonder how well it works with skin that gets oily sometimes.

:p
