Try 'Purple Power'. It can be found at home depot and works wonders on decks. Just spray it on, leave it for a few minutes and then wash it down using the hose.

Best way if I remember right is to either stain with a darker color, Paint over it or start sanding.

go to sherwin williams and get "Deckscapes" stain and sealer remover.
