I am a stay at home dad. I'm generally happy, but children can be confusing and frustrating, and being a stay at home dad invites strange treatment and comments. I would love to go back to college, but I'm fairly busy with 3 under 5.

I have been a corporate accountant since I was in my early 20's. It was a career that kind of "fell" into my lap, but it was great at the time. I earned a very good income, and made many advances in my career. I was able to prove to myself that I could be a success in the business world, and it gave me lots of self confidence. But I got seriously burned out from all the job stress, so I have moved to a small town and into a smaller house. Now I am able to make ends meet with a part time job. (Still in accounting). I am happier, but not completely happy. I miss the bigger income, but I know better than to go back there again!

Right now I am a stay at home mom, starting college for nursing this fall. Yes I am happy. I wouldn't prefer to be doing anything else.

Insurance - definitely not happy about it on most days - stuffing envelopes would be better at times...
