Yes I think it's just a matter of time. But several obstacles must be overcome - cheapening the journey, finding protection against cosmic rays for the astronauts, and kinds of terraforming that can generate oxygen from souce on Mars.

Well, there will have to be another Flash Gordon movie. Buster Crabbe, et al, filmed those movies on Mars but nobody wanted to stay there back then in the 1940s. Hollywood was too much a happenin place, dig. And the war was gettin costly, whoa.

where have you come from .everybody knows it is the other way round .Mars was knocked out of its orbit and lost its atmosphere ,but before this happened ,some anunaki and Nordics managed to get here
the Anunaki bred and cloned the Adams race to mine gold for them as slaves .this was the symbolic story of SAdam ,not one guy but a whole race
illuminati are the halfbreed sons of the Nordics and Anunaki also called the sons of the gods.
this is in genesis
and the anunaki is mentioned on the internet
check www.infowars the biggest secret

Why waste money, time, and resources on an uninhabitable planet? Look for a planet similar to Earth to inhabit.

I'll be one of the first to volunteer, we'll need some kind of biosphere though. With the earth reaching 10 billion in 50 years, we'll have to figure something out.

I hope not - just another planet to destroy.
P.S. have you heard of the Russian man with billions of money who is going to actually send a expandable motel into space.
This is for real!

None of that will happen until NASA starts to receive more funding. We're going to continue to fall further and further behind when it comes to advances in space exploration if they don't receive more funding.

I think it's internal core is too cold (or burned out) to sustain life. Tens (hundreds?) of thousands of years ago, maybe it could have, but not anymore.
