call your local court house and ask for city clerk's office. They should be able to tell you.

If you are in the city try calling the Fresno City property department (if there is such a thing or something similar) or if you are in the county out of city limits, you are probably zoned for one there. Just start calling those offices and you will track down the answer.

cali has a no exotic pets law but i dont think a pig falls under the exotic pet law
