you don't have to believe in it or not.. it just something that happens when a hemisphere of your brain realize something first than the other... so when the second one realize about the situation seems like you dreamed or lived before... but no... just one part of your brain got it before than the other.

Yes! It doesn't jhappen often, but every once in a while it Slams into your concousness. Sometimes it's instigated by a word or a short sentence, a tone of voice, color, an odor, a 'mental picture,' a sudden change in temperature. On some occasions, it is the knowledge, not the 'feeling' that I've been here, done this and why am I having to remember what I'm going to do next?

At one time or another we all experience it. Some say the soul leaves our body while we sleep and travels to the future. They say some times you wake up when it returns like you fell back into your body.

There's even a song about it called "where or when"

I had a reoccurring dream for about a year and it didn't stop until it came true. there are things between heaven and hell we may never understand but it exist.
