I don't mean people who are fun to be around kind of crazy. I mean, people who have crazy ideas, talk to themselves (more than most), and just plain act a bit "weird". People have told me that I'm crazy, and I agree with them. So, what do you think of crazy people and are you known to be one?

I feel...and have always been told....that highly intelligent or creative people tend to be a bit on the "crazy" side. I say live and let live. If you're not hurting yourself or anyone else then so be it. I'm one of those "crazy" people too.....I always have been and always will be. And quite honestly it is why my husband was attracted to me in the first place. He says it is the one thing he loves most about me. I think a lot of people wish they could be this way but can't so they try to make others feel different as a way of making themselves feel better. Just be who you are and everything will be fine. If this is a serious question I think you should know that their are people in this world who have been traumatized, abused, thrown away, and left for dead. The term shouldn't be crazy because in some form or another we may all be crazy. People who might have crazy ideas, or talk to themselves may have had someone not listen to them or been interested in what they had to say. There is a such thing as mental abuse. Honestly I wonder if I am crazy sometimes but it passes quickly. This is the difference.

I LOVE THEM I'M ONE OF THEM AND SO ARE THE OTHER 12 PEOPLE IN MY HEAD We're just one big happy family. Do you take pills for that because I think you should or maybe you just need to talk to somene who isn't in your head and really does exist. Because I could be a voice in your head right now but you'll never know. KEEP SMILING YOU CRAZY PERSON YOU :)

You don't sound crazy.
I lived with a crazy person. Once off their Paxil they were very dangerous. This one person tried hard to burn down our place, with me in it!
That's crazy. Lighting fires in trash cans, pulling fire alarms out of the ceilling wall and hallways, filling the entire building with smoke.
That's insanity.
That person was eventually dragged off by 4 policemen. That person was eventually arrested, jailed, confined in 4 state insitutions for over a year, then released to a group environment for another year.
That person is now taking their Paxil again.
That person hates taking Paxil. It causes them to sleep all day. It causes them to have fears. Fears of being alone. It causes them to have slurred speech.
They take two other medications as well.
As with homosexuals, blind, deaf and dumb, I wonder if it's predestined, if it's a test from god. I don't know.
Now, you still think you're crazy?

My step son is consider crazy, he lives in a home because my husband and I are unable to take care of him, as long as he is on his medication he does good but without it he is crazy. So are you on medicine or are you just one who thinks you are? If you do I would advise you to go get help.

did you know my darling that most people that are dubbed "crazy" are in fact some of the most intelligent people in the world? some even score genius level in an IQ test. if you don't believe me, check it our for yourself. and as I always like to say to my best friend, "we are the ones who are "OK" (the crazies) its the rest of society that's f*cked up! LOL
don't worry hun, who can really say who is crazy or not, think about it, we are who we are, we are all individuals, that's what makes us special, NOT CRAZY ;)

We all have issues that makes us different from each other and that is a good thing.
It would be obscene if we all acted alike, looked alike, and talked alike wouldn't it?
That is one reason everyone likes Johnny Depp in Pirates because his character is a little crazy.

yeah people crazy like strait jacket talk to themselves r kinda creepy but i try my best to be crazy in a good way everyone says im craaazy and i like it so if u think craazy people that r just really different r creepy then u prob think im crazy

Crazy people, can function in society, and they can be very smart. But to manage the craziness, medication, counseling and therapy are needed.
