Let me see: Suddenly it exploited a war , thousands of people die, important people give advice about enviromental future of the world, half of planet die by hunger, big corporations dominate our decisions, our health, our life. I don´t know you, but I think it´s very important talk about politics; common people must share opinions. Finally the public opinion will have the power to change something.

Because it can be a very satisfying, yet ultimately fruitless debate. Good political discussion is great, however most people here know little about a balanced view point. They know little in general, really. So most of the time, the 'politics and government' section is replete with prejudiced crap.

Actually I hate politics and talking about it. It is like religion. You are not going to change somebodys mind about their beliefs, and you are not going to change the situation by talking about it.
