weird...i thought he could only get arrested if he is 18 or older...but anyway...if you really love him you should wait for him...

Your mom cant get him in trouble because you are over the age of 12 and he is under the age of 18. If you really love him then wait and try to find a lawyer for him because thats bullshitt what your mom did and he shouldnt be in jail because you were willing and your ages are not illegal. Well I don't see a huge age difference.If you really care about him and he cares for you...then maybe you can try and work something out.But it might take a lot for your mom to approve of you two being together since she caught ya'll havin sex.
