On GAC I saw a country video for a song that I think is called "Home" or "going home" In the video, a guy that looks like the guy from Smash Mouth is riding an old bus back down to the swamps to head to an old hose where his family is waiting on him. Who sings it and what is the correct title?

I think one of the guys from Rascal Flatts looks like the loser form Smashmouth, but don't know what the song is.
